We offer on-site delivery and installation services within the Greater Montreal Area (GMA).

Event set up dates and times are first booked first serve. To avoid disappointment of not having your event date or items available, we suggest you contact us once you have secured your venue.

Balloons can last several days, even weeks at times. Given varying temperatures in indoor and outdoor spaces, the life expectancy is much shorter when left outdoors.

Balloon garlands when left indoors, these babies can last anywhere from 1-3 weeks. However, we cannot guarantee their life expectancy when left outdoors.

Standard-size latex filled helium balloons stay afloat for approx 8 – 12 hours. Add in a balloon treatment and they stay afloat for 2-5 days.

For the most part, our set-ups can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. However, each event is unique. So, once your order is finalised, we can give you a specific time delay for installation.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Please keep in mind that colours will appear different on screens. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason balloonbabemtl.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

We do our best to respond to all our balloon babes within 48 hours but response times may vary. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotional events and immediately following launches or restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.

Please contact our web team for assistance, help, or inquiries regarding your online shopping experience. You can expect a response within 24-48 hours of your submitted request but response times are subject to vary.

Please place your orders for personalized balloons Thursdays before 1pm to ensure delivery by the weekend. All orders placed after Thursday at 1pm will be processed the following Monday and delivered within 48 hours.

Once your order is finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you that can be paid online with a credit card or via Interac E-Transfer. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than a week before your event. Short notice events (7 days or less) require full payment.

For schools, non-profits, and/or corporations, we understand a check or electronic funds transfer may be used as a method of payment (with process times to take into account).

It varies depending on the volume and complexity of your request. Get in touch to receive a quote for your event decor.

Yes! After you’re done celebrating, you can schedule us to come take down your installation in a safe and eco-conscious way.

Our delivery charge depends on the location of the event and starts at $25 for simple balloons but varies on a per-order basis. While most decor items include a standard setup fee, a separate set-up fee may be charged depending on the complexity of the installation, framework and/or equipment required. Delivery & Installation fees start at $100. Our standard delivery fee starts at $25 and removal fees vary from $75 to $100 for post-event cleanup.

To create your own personalized balloon, first select a colour from the dropdown list and add the the balloon to your cart! Next, choose a typography style from the options shown below and add 1 to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, you’ll be asked if you want to personalize a message & the date your balloon needs to be delivered.
